Shipping & Returns

We do everything we can to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

We offer FREE express shipping Australia Wide for orders over $75.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST weekdays (excluding Monday) will be dispatched same day.
Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be shipped the following business day.
All orders are sent via Express Post and do require Signature On Delivery. (We cannot be responsible for delivery for orders that have requested Safe Drop).
During Promotion and Sale periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes. You will be advised of any expected delays during the checkout process.
Once your parcel has been scanned by the freight carrier you will receive an email on how to track your order.
Dispatch of orders may be delayed where address or payment information requires correction or verification

How long will it take to be delivered?

Time estimate to receive your online order is 1-4 Business Days during non-promotional periods and 5-7 Business Days during Promotional Periods. You will be advised of any expected delays during the checkout process.
All orders are sent via Express Post and do require Signature On Delivery.
Once your parcel has been scanned by Australia Post you will receive an email on how to track your order.

You can return item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 14 days of receiving your original order provided it meets our Terms & Conditions for returns.
Exchanges can only be processed for an item in the same style, for a different colour, size or item of the same value (subject to stock availability).
The freight cost for change of mind returns will be at your expense and the goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure they’re packed securely or using a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
It can take up to 7 business days for your return to arrive to our Head Office, undergo a quality check and for your refund to be processed. Once your item has been received and refunded you will receive an email notification. Please allow 1-5 days for your refund to appear in your account.

We work with Better Packing Co for our shipping mailers. Made from corn starch with a binding agent/resin added for flexibility.
You can compost your Eco Threads mailer AT HOME!
YEP, when you’ve finished using it, just put the mailer in with your food scraps and garden waste, and before you know it, worms will be eating it up for breakfast. Better for the environment, better for our oceans, a better tomorrow!
